Citrus Heights police are looking for two men and the 11-year-old girl they allegedly kidnapped from a sidewalk outside the Sunrise Vista Drive Apartments Tuesday afternoon.
A group of girls around her age were hanging out at the location when at about 4:15 p.m. a car pulled up along side them driven by two men, police said.
That is when they said the passenger grabbed the 11-year-old victim by the arm and forced her into a red convertible with a black top and rims that said either "cat call" or "cat car." .
